Online classes are launching soon!

Online classes can be a great way to interact with yoga therapy.  We offer a range of specialized courses on movement, meditation, breath work, and restorative practices that you can integrate into your life in a convenient way.

For most classes, we offer one live session per week as well as a week's worth of prerecorded and print resources.  Learn skills to bring more harmony in your life wherever you are.
